Sobriety Date:07/18/2025Kevin lived the last year (literally) of his life sober (~50 years of addiction), happy, and with goals! He was born in Muskegon, MI, and moved to Baltimore, MD when he was 15. He became a true Marylander, but never lost his Michigan heart!He came to visit me here in Arizona in January 2026. He was supposed to stay for a week, and enjoyed/stayed for four months! Everything happens for a reason. He was planning to return to Arizona this winter, again. He loved that he could say, "I winter in Phoenix", but, mostly, he just loved that he could be with me. He loved the mountains here, and told me that he got to see his very first cactus! We had plans for me to visit him in Maryland to enjoy Chesapeake Bay blue crabs together in September. He is remembered by his only kin: Kyra M., and his two sisters: Kim B., and Kathy W..

(I'm sorry, this won't be forever -- afternoon responsibilities ending mid-September, 2026!)

      I'm not a giant corporation, and I'm not even trying to become one. I'm just a woman who's been around the block enough to know what it's like when life gets to be too much to handle.

          That's exactly why I started One Less Chore Laundry... I feel what you're carrying.
          Sometimes, what we need, is someone to reach out their hand while we're sitting in the mud, and say, "I got you."
       Busy parents? Working long, rough hours? Recovering from an illness? Caring for a loved one? Have your OWN business to run? Simply just... sick and tired of being sick and tired?? I'm here for you! I'm reaching out my hand -- but, you have to reach out, too, and take it.
       When you trust me with your laundry, you're not getting a faceless company, or someone who's seeing dollar signs add up while we shake hands: you're getting a fighter, a go-getter; someone who genuinely wants to ease your pain, and does a dang good job at it, too! I handle every client with care, attention, and respect. I handle every load of laundry as if I'm literally performing surgery to save your life. THAT'S how I see YOU.
